Shipping policy

✿ Each product is handmade to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. 

✿ You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number after 2 weeks of purchase please contact us at monfonthelabel@gmail.com

✿ Please note that we are not responsible for the whereabouts of your order after it is shipped. Please contact the AusPost customer service team if you require assistance in finding your package.

✿ We aim to hand deliver to locals where possible however if you are not home, your order will be left in a safe place.
